Sally leads the Canadian group benefits MGA business and works on strategic partnerships with carriers and advisors to deliver the best results for her clients. She has over 20 years of experience in the business with an established record of success in delivering solid solutions on employee group benefits plans of all sizes in both the public and private sectors.


Client-specific solutions are Sally’s strength, making her a great fit to be responsible for sales and marketing, along with midsize and large client consulting cases. She is also part of the country’s executive leadership team.


Prior to joining NFP in 2016, she worked at a large consulting firm for over 13 years.

Evelyn has been with Group Force since 2013. She is responsible for overseeing the group benefits — a role she’s held since January 2018.

Evelyn is a strategic leader with a passion for learning in a dynamic and evolving industry. Her role consists of developing and maintaining relationships with carriers, advisors and key partners. Evelyn focuses on delivering comprehensive group benefits management and wellness initiatives. She also coaches and mentors staff while developing long-term planning for operational excellence.

Prior to joining NFP, Evelyn worked at Great-West Life.

Nadia is a dynamic and dedicated leader with over 15 years of experience in the group insurance industry.

An integral part of the Group Force Montreal team since 2013, she has evolved into the role she currently holds as VP, Operations.

Nadia’s commitment to clients and staff is as evident as her passion for our industry.

Her responsibilities include strategic operational planning, developing partnerships, and mentoring staff members. In her time at Groupe Force Benefits Inc., she has fostered solid connections with carriers and advisors alike.

Nadia began her journey in the industry at Sun Life prior to joining Groupe Force Benefits Inc.

Natasha has been part of Group Force Benefits Inc., since 2012. In her current role as AVP, Operations, she is responsible for carrier management and business performance overview.

Natasha has a passion for synthesizing information and navigating the intricacy of complex analysis. Her understanding of data analytics is helping Group Force Benefits Inc., find efficiency and build successful business relationships with carriers and brokers. In 2002, Natasha graduated from the Minsk Institute of Management – Belarus with a bachelor’s degree in economics. With a commitment to continuous learning, Natasha acquired her Group Benefits Associate designation in 2016.

Prior to joining Group Force Benefits Inc., Natasha worked as an account manager at Independent Brokerage.

Nicole brings a collaborative and client-focused approach to enhancing employee group benefit plans. Known for her ability to simplify the complexities of benefits management, Nicole partners closely with HR professionals to develop tailored strategies that balance organizational sustainability with a positive employee experience.

With extensive experience in the benefits and well-being industries, Nicole has worked with organizations of all sizes to deliver innovative solutions that drive long-term success. She is passionate about creating meaningful partnerships and empowering her clients to make informed, strategic decisions that add real value.

Nicole is a proud member of the Balmy Beach Club and the Canadian Group Insurance Brokers association, holds a Professional Sales Management certificate from the University of Toronto and studied business management for nonprofit organizations at Ryerson University. Her dedication to making a difference has also led her to volunteer as an HIV/AIDS peer counselor in Canada, Kenya and India.

Nicole stays actively engaged in her community, reflecting her belief in fostering connections and contributing to the greater good.
