Thank you for placing your insurance through Group Force Benefits Inc. As your group benefits intermediary, we arrange for products and services on your behalf that are available, affordable, and understandable.

Our role is to provide you with the best insurance value that combines coverage, service and price. We also provide personalized service that includes ongoing plan maintenance and claims support. When any issue arises regarding your insurance plan, we are your advocate, using our professional experience to best represent your interests.

As an intermediary, we are compensated in a variety of ways including contingency amounts paid by insurance companies and, in some cases, other third parties.

Contingency Income: For Group Force Benefits Inc. to maintain strong relationships with our insurance companies, we work with each of them to provide the type of business they deem desirable. Some insurance companies recognize our efforts through an intermediary bonus contract. Payment depends on a combination of growth, volume, and retention It is called “contingent income” because it is not guaranteed income to the intermediary. Given the complex criteria involved there is no way to determine the exact impact that any individual insurance plan could have on contingency commissions and individual employees involved in placing or servicing your insurance are not compensated directly for any contingent income received. The insurance companies also post the Code of Consumer Rights and Responsibilities on their websites.

Affiliations: Group Force Benefits Inc. is affiliated with NFP Canada Corp., an Aon owned company, NFP Management (Alberta) Corp., Mondelis Corporation, Newport Private Wealth Inc., Newport Insurance GP Inc., NFP Insurances Services Corp., Aon Reed Stenhouse Inc. and its affiliates ("Aon") and Northern Premium Financing Corp. through common ownership.
